At NoMakeupMakeup, we want you to love your natural glow, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that don't perfectly match your skin journey. To maintain hygiene standards, returned items must be gently used or unopened in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
